GENERAL INFORMATION
When and where will the conference take place?
The conference will be held from September 16 to 19, 2025, in Kraków, Poland. The main venue is the Auditorium Maximum and Collegium Witkowskiego, Jagiellonian University.
REGISTRATION AND FEES
Conference registration
The conference desk will be open on September 16 from 9:00 AM, and on subsequent days from 8:30 AM. Participants must register in person to collect their name badge with public transport ticket (hologram) and conference materials.
PANEL and PROGRAM ORGANIZATION
Panel chairs are responsible for the smooth running of their panels. Please check who is chairing your panel and contact them if you have any questions. Your PowerPoint presentation should be sent to your panel chair no later than September 12. (We will provide you with the addresses of the chairs in a separate email). Students will be available on site to provide support and technical assistance.
How long should my presentation be?
Each paper should last no more than 15 minutes. Panel chairs will decide on the format of discussion (whether questions follow each paper or a joint discussion takes place after all presentations). There is no need to send the paper in advance.
How I can download conference app?
IOHA 2025 conference app contains the full program. This simple tool will help you create a personalized calendar and stay up to date with any changes via notifications.
To download the IOHA 2025 app, please use the appropriate link below:
When launching the app for the first time, you will be asked to consent to data storage on your phone and to receiving notifications. This will allow you to build your personal conference schedule and receive real-time updates. You can delete your data at any time via the “Settings” section. Please take some time to practice using the app – we hope it will help you organize your time during the conference.
If you notice an error in your name, biography, or abstract, please report it to: app.ioha.krakow@gmail.com. Regardless of the type of correction, be sure to send the complete, updated content (e.g., your full biography or abstract), not just the part that needs to be changed. Some participants have not yet submitted biographical notes, so their sections remain empty. If you would like to add yours, please send it to the same address: app.ioha.krakow@gmail.com
