Visa Information for Poland

Citizens of certain countries may need a visa to enter Poland. For detailed information on visa requirements, please visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland website.

If you require an official Letter of Invitation, please contact: ioha.krakow@gmail.com

Important: It is the sole responsibility of the Conference participants to ensure they meet all visa requirements for entering Poland. Attendees needing an entry visa should allow ample time for the application process. We strongly recommend contacting your nearest Polish embassy or consulate to confirm the necessary procedures and processing times.

If a visa is required, please ensure you apply well in advance and prepare the necessary documentation, including any sponsor letters. The Conference organisers will only issue invitation letters for visa purposes to participants who are fully registered and have completed payment.

Please note:

  • The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the Conference organizers in any way.
  • The issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee the granting of a visa.
  • All expenses related to participation in the Conference are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
  • The Conference organizers will not contact embassies or consulates on behalf of attendees.
