Conference fees

Registration, booking and payment

1. The conference will be held exclusively on-site. Online participation is not available.

2. Each conference participant is required to register and pay the conference fee.

3. To complete your registration and make both the order and payment for the conference please follow these steps:

  • Create your account
  • Log in and book services under the Payment tab (choose your fee and other services)
  • Make your payment (recommended methods: online payment or bank transfer) 
  • After making a payment you will receive an invoice by email.

Please note: 

  • Before placing an order, please have your company’s invoice details ready, including the VAT number if required. A proforma invoice will be automatically sent to your email after you submit your order in the system. Once the payment is completed, the final invoice will be automatically generated and emailed to you.
  • All additional charges and fees related to the bank transfer or online payment must be covered by the payee.

All amounts are in euro: the participant fee includes access to the conference plenary sessions and panels, conference materials, all coffee breaks, three lunches, welcome reception, city tours, and public transportation within Kraków.

* You will be required to attach a payment confirmation for your IOHA/PTHM membership and send it to the conference email: ioha.krakow@gmail.com 

An Institutional IOHA membership grants the institution the benefit of two discounted conference registration fees. To utilize this benefit, the institution must provide proof of payment for the membership fee.

** You will be required to attach a valid document confirming your PhD/student status and send it to the conference email: ioha.krakow@gmail.com

*** Additional payment, number of places limited. 

 

The pre-conference workshops are designed primarily for junior researchers, providing them with an opportunity to learn from the expertise of leading scholars in a supportive environment. Please note that registration for the workshop is currently closed. Masterclasses are available exclusively to pre-selected applicants. A separate recruitment process will be announced in the March 2025, and only those who qualify will be required to pay the participation fee.

 

Registration for accompanying persons and Conference listeners will open after the registration and payment process for regular Conference attendees is completed, which is after January 31, 2025. We encourage you to stay tuned regarding this enrollment.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION:
 
  • ​​​Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing and sent via email to the Jordan Congress Bureau at ioha2025@jordan.pl. Please include your transaction number (ID), which will be provided during the reservation process.
REFUNDS:
 
  • If you cancel your registration before July 1, 2025, we will refund the fee minus €20 for administration costs. If you cancel your registration after June 30, 2025 there will be no refund.
