Processing of personal data
On the basis of Article 7th of GDPR, I declare that I consent to the processing my personal data given above for the purposes of the conference by the Polskie Towarzystwo Historii Mówionej, seated in Cracow. The above consent has been given voluntarily in accordance with Article 4 point 11 of GDPR.

The administrator of the personal data processed as part of the organization of the conference is the Polskie Towarzystwo Historii Mówionej, Gołębia St. No 13/311, 31-007 Kraków.

Personal data submitted will be processed for the purpose of organizing the conference to the extent indicated, based on the consent given.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a), (c), and (e) of the GDPR (EP and EU Council Regulation 2016/679).
The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
The data subject has the right to request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing at any time. Submitting a request for deletion of data is tantamount to resignation from participation in a conference organized by the Polskie Towarzystwo Historii Mówionej.
The recipient of the data may also be an entity acting on behalf of the data controller, i.e. an entity providing IT maintenance and troubleshooting services or another entity, such as the conference operator.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych), Stawki Street No 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Providing the data contained in the application is not mandatory, but it is a condition that allows you to participate in the conference.
